Albertus Magnus College Announces Two New Board of Trustees Members
Leaders Add Wide Range of Expertise as College Prepares to Celebrate Centennial
New Haven, Conn., July 1, 2025 – Albertus Magnus College is pleased to announce two new Board of Trustees members — elected at a historic moment for the College as it prepares to celebrate its 100th Anniversary Year in 2025-26. The new Board members are Sr. Ana González, OP, and Katrina S. Rogers, ’85, Ph.D.

Sr. Ana González, O.P.
“I am thrilled to welcome Sr. Ana González and Dr. Katrina Rogers to the Board, and in a special way, to have them 'return home' to Albertus," said President Marc M. Camille, Ed.D. "With Sr. Ana having spent a number of years working at Albertus, and Katrina earning her bachelor's degree from Albertus before launching her distinguished academic leadership career, they have a natural affinity for the College's distinctive, Dominican values- and liberal arts-based education, and their unique perspectives will only enhance an already distinguished Board of Trustees.”
Sr. Ana González, OP, is currently the Vocation Minister for the Dominican Sisters of Peace, the College's sponsoring congregation since its founding in 1925. Previously, Sr. Ana ministered at Albertus, working closely with the Latino community, international students, and adult learners. She holds a Master's in Theology and Ministry, a Master’s in Communications, and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Foreign Languages. With a background in public relations, marketing, and corporate relations, she brings valuable experience to her ministerial work. Sr. Ana also serves as an occasional columnist for the Global Sisters Report.

Katrina S. Rogers ’85, Ph.D.
Also joining the Board is Katrina S. Rogers ‘85, Ph.D., an accomplished higher education leader who grew up in Milford, Conn. She has deep experience in the international, non-governmental, and educational sectors, including executive and board level roles. Dr. Rogers' experience includes leading the European campus of the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Geneva, collaborating with organizations such as the Red Cross, World Trade Organization, United Nations Development Program, and the European Union. Most recently, she retired from a highly successful eleven-year tenure as President of Fielding Graduate University (CA) and now serves as President Emerita and professor in Fielding's School of Leadership Studies. A distinguished scholar and educator, she has taught globally on topics including democratic engagement, global environmental politics, and sustainability.
