The Albertus Magnus B.S. in Business Management program in the Tagliatela School of
Business and Leadership is designed for students looking for positions in Management
Occupations, which continue to experience growth in Connecticut and on the national
level. The program provides a base of knowledge and experiences that enable our graduates
to be business leaders, who are capable of making sound and ethical business decisions
in a continuously changing environment. Our program allows students to major in Business
Management or choose a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management,
or Marketing Management.

Entrepreneurship Minor (18 Credits)
The entrepreneurship minor is designed to empower students in business and non-business
majors, who are interested in creating their own business or social enterprise. The
minor teaches fundamentals of management and entrepreneurship and includes a powerful
culminating experience where students work as a team member or founder of a live startup.
