The Gateway - Albertus Dual Admission Program (DAP) is for any student who plans to earn an associate's degree at Gateway Community College and a bachelor's degree at Albertus Magnus College.

At Home at Albertus

When you enter the Gateway-Albertus DAP, you'll feel at home in the Albertus community throughout your Gateway career:

  • An Albertus academic advisor will help you choose your classes and plan your educational and professional path. Your advisor will be available to meet with you at Gateway on a regularly scheduled basis or by appointment.
  • You will be invited to Albertus for student activities and campus events where you'll connect with Albertus faculty and students as well as other students in the Gateway-Albertus DAP.
  • You will be guaranteed admission to Albertus upon completion of your Gateway associate's degree.

How It Works

The Gateway-Albertus DAP makes your advancement to Albertus a seamless experience:

  • Enter the Gateway-Albertus DAP at any time during your Gateway studies - the sooner the better!
  • There is no application fee
  • Graduate from Gateway with an associate's degree and a grade point average of 2.0 or higher
  • Apply to Albertus within one year of completing your Gateway degree

Dual Admission Awards

Albertus Magnus College will accept up to sixty-four Gateway credits in transfer toward your bachelor's degree. Financial aid is available to qualified students, and you may be eligible for a renewable Dual Admission Award:
