Steps for accepted students at Albertus Magnus College

Note: These steps are for Falcons entering the College in the Fall of 2018.

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to begin the financial aid process. Be sure to use the Albertus school code: 001374. Accepting Your Award LetterAlbertus participates in passive award letters; a student is not required to return the award letter to accept aid. Award letters should only be returned if a student wants to decline a portion or all of their aid. Priority Deadlines

Reserve your place in the Fall 2018 semester by making a deposit to the Office of Admission. Deposit fees are $350 for commuters and $400 for residents. Deposits will be credited towards your fall tuition bill. There are three ways you may submit your enrollment deposit.

Incoming First Year StudentsIncoming first year students should contact Heather Wotton, Director of Academic Advisement and Student Success to schedule an individualized appointment. You may contact Heather at hwotton@albertus.edu or 203-773-8558. Please note that with your appointment, you should plan to be on campus for approximately an hour and a half in order to complete and submit all other necessary documentation including health and medical records, housing card, financial aid documents and taking your Falcon ID photo. Transfer StudentsTransfer students do not have to attend a Registration Day, but should contact Heather Wotton, Director of Academic Advisement and Student Success to schedule an individualized appointment beginning May 29, 2018. Welcome, New Students!The New Student Orientation Program will support you during your transition to the College with a focus on academics, informative workshops, and other social activities. During Orientation, you will meet people, learn the ins and outs of our college, including our academic programs, student organizations and involvement on campus, work-study opportunities, and many on-campus services - all the essentials you need to make the most of your Albertus experience. Orientation is required and is important for personal and academic success as a first year or transfer student. Both resident and commuter students will benefit by attending orientation. The first few days and weeks of college are where you learn the most about yourself, and you create life-long friendships. All three days are required. The Orientation program is free to all students and their family members. Save the Date!
