| Overview |
Under the direction of the Bursar, the Student Account Representative I will provide
information on payment, billing, and collection policies and procedures related to
student account transactions. Perform reviews of student accounts for data accuracy;
resolve and correct errors as needed. This is a high visibility position that will
work closely with all departments on campus and at events such as Open House, Accepted
Student Day, and New Student Orientation.

| Essential Functions |
- Generate and issue student billing statements
- Interact with students from all programs in person, over the phone, via mail, and
email
- Administer student payment plans, track payments, and work with our vendor to ensure
all payments are current.
- Account Receivable Monitoring, submit delinquent accounts for collection.
- Assist with issues of student accounts from all programs
- Assist at events on campus to help with all aspects of the day program billing process
- Special Projects
