Overview Under the direction of the Bursar, the Student Account Representative I will provide information on payment, billing, and collection policies and procedures related to student account transactions. Perform reviews of student accounts for data accuracy; resolve and correct errors as needed. This is a high visibility position that will work closely with all departments on campus and at events such as Open House, Accepted Student Day, and New Student Orientation.

Essential Functions
  • Generate and issue student billing statements
  • Interact with students from all programs in person, over the phone, via mail, and email
  • Administer student payment plans, track payments, and work with our vendor to ensure all payments are current.
  • Account Receivable Monitoring,  submit delinquent accounts for collection.
  • Assist with issues of student accounts from all programs 
  • Assist at events on campus to help with all aspects of the day program billing process

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree

Special Work Schedule Requirements Some nights or weekends are necessary
