Overview The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment is hiring a part time Institutional Research Analyst to help with the development of an interactive reporting system and the maintenance of the website of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) for 20 hours a week for the academic year of 2019-2020.

Essential Functions
  • The annual creation of the College Fact Book and completion of college guides, by gathering, entering, and validating the data
  • Collecting data from online databases and university websites for peer comparisons
  • The maintenance and update of the Enrollment Reporting Google site
  • The creation of a SOP booklet for reporting
  • The distribution, collection and analysis of results from annual Student Surveys
  • The development of an interactive/dynamic reporting system for the institutional assessment web page
  • The on-going development of KIP dashboards onto the OIRA internal portal tile
  • Institutional research projects as needed in the OIRA
  • Any duties as needed by the OIRA staff
Qualifications A current graduate student or recent graduate with a major in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, Computer Information Systems, or related subject.
Knowledge | Skills | Abilities
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel and qualitative data coding techniques or related systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to work independently
  • Ability to keep information confidential
Special Work Schedule Requirements Desk and filing work in an office environment.
