| Overview |
Albertus Magnus College seeks applicants for a full-time position in the Tagliatela
School of Business and Leadership. Working in cooperation with faculty and staff,
the successful candidate will provide high-quality educational services to undergraduate
and graduate students in a variety of modalities (including online, hybrid and on-ground),
engage in an active scholarly agenda, participate in governance, and enhance the college's
reputation in the community. The successful candidate will ideally be qualified to
potentially direct the College’s MBA Program with responsibility for all administrative
aspects of the Program, including admissions decisions, course scheduling, and student
advising.

| Primary Responsibilities |
- Teach a range of graduate and undergraduate courses
- Teach four (4) courses per semester, which may be in face-to-face, online, or hybrid
delivery formats
- Contribute to the school through teaching, scholarship and service
- Mentor and advise undergraduate and graduate students

| Qualifications |
- Earned doctorate in Economics or related business discipline from a regionally accredited
US university or comparable non-US university
- Demonstrated teaching skills and subject knowledge preferably at the college and graduate
level
- Demonstrated experience in teaching adult learners
- Experience in online instruction, preferably using Quality Matters
- Active participation in professional activities and organizations
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity issues in higher education or through community-based
work
- Experience with or the potential to mentor and teach adults from diverse backgrounds
at the undergraduate and graduate levels, contribute to academic program and course
development, participate actively in assessment of student learning outcomes and institutional
development, and pursue scholarly interests.
- Possess strong communication and computer skills, and effective organizational skills.
