| Overview |
The Falcon Campus Store Manager is responsible for planning and managing all day-to-day
operations of the campus store: purchase, stock, and sell merchandise. Supervise
all store staff and provide customer service to students, faculty, staff and other
stakeholders. The Campus Store Manager performs all other duties as directed by the
Assistant Vice President for Operations.

| Essential Functions |
- Hire and train permanent, temporary and student employees as needed in all phases
of operation of the Campus Store.
- Supervise staff and cashiering functions and provide customer service.
- Complete or supervise all store opening and closing procedures on a daily basis.
- Implement policies and procedures and assist in developing.
- Responsible for all activities related to the merchandising of the school supplies,
clothing, food, etc. This includes meeting with vendors to establish orders.
- Direct the receiving and stocking or preparing of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare administrative and operational reports as required.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
- Prepare store for physical inventory.
- Perform cash register duties as required.
- Assist customers.
- Other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications |
At least 3-5 years of general management experience in a college store environment
or an equivalent amount of experience in a similar area of retailing.

| Special Work Schedule Requirements |
- Full-time exempt position
- Evening and some weekend hours required.
