The Evening Educational Assistant serves as a guide and resource to attending students;
receives visitors to the Professional and Graduate Studies Office; answers and directs
calls to appropriate personnel; assists staff with administrative duties as assigned.

| Essential Functions |
- Receives visitors for the Division of Professional and Graduate Studies Office.
- Answers and directs calls to appropriate personnel.
- Contacts security/police in emergency situations.
- Serves as a resource/contact for students/faculty in the evening that have questions
and/or concerns.

| Qualifications |
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills—being courteous, professional,
and helpful.
- Experience with standard Word, Excel, calendar and email programs.
- Basic knowledge of office technology.

| Education |
Some college coursework or Associate’s Degree preferred.
|
| Special Work Schedule Requirements |
This is an evening position (Monday – Thursday) from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
