This position provides support services for the offices of Dominican Mission, Dominican
Ministries and Service, and the Meister Eckhart Center.

| Essential Functions |
- Serves as Administrative Assistant for the Offices of Dominican Mission, Dominican
Ministries and the Meister Eckhart Center
- Provides administrative oversight for all office operations, including but not limited
to, minutes of meetings, document tracking, and documents creation
- Responsible for monitoring and reconciling the budgets of Dominican Mission and Ministries
(combined budget) and the Meister Eckhart Center
- Manages office expenditures by submitting bills and invoices for payment in a timely
manner, ordering and tracking supplies.
- Design flyers and distribution for programming
- Books, conferences and travel arrangements for conferences
- Provides IT requests and Facilities and Security requests for events
- Maintains and posts calendar of events for the three offices
- Schedules meetings for various projects of the three offices
- Works closely with marketing and web staff for promotion of programs
- Provides support at various events sponsored by these offices.
- Maintains confidentially at all times.
- Supervises work study students as needed
- Compiles survey information from attendees at various programs
- Proof reads materials
- Performs other duties that are assigned

| Qualifications |
- Education: Associates degree or equivalent training
- Experience: Office experience
- Preferred experience: Office experience in a higher education environment
|
| Knowledge | Skills | Abilities |
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Publisher
- Experience setting up and reconciling spreadsheets
- Knowledge of Gmail and Google products such as Google docs, forms.
- Experience working in a busy environment
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong oral, written, communication and time management skills

| Special Work Schedule Requirements |
Full time, hourly position that works 35 hours per week. Work hours are typically
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Flexible time when engaged in division programs.
