Essential Functions	Recruiting Divers for the Collegiate Division III Women’s Swimming & Diving program. Designing diving training plans. Scoring Diving competitions at Collegiate dual and championship meets.

Qualifications	Prior collegiate diving experience. Bachelor’s degree. A general understanding of the recruiting process at the Division III college level. A demonstrated commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy regarding the student-athlete experience. Ability to work with diverse population. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work in a highly dynamic and diverse college setting. Valid driver’s license. Must pass background check.

Qualifications

Prior collegiate diving experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
A general understanding of the recruiting process at the Division III college level.
A demonstrated commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy regarding the student-athlete experience.
Ability to work with diverse population.

Knowledge \| Skills \| Abilities	CPR/First Aid/AED certified or willingness to become certified. Certified USA Diving Coach or willingness to become certified.

Special Work Schedule Requirements	Evening and some weekend hours required.
