Overview

The Department of Criminal Justice at Albertus Magnus College is seeking to develop a pool of part-time faculty to teach courses in our Masters of Science program (concentrations in correctional administration and juvenile justice). Requirements include a Ph.D. in Criminology or a closely related field (i.e. sociology, psychology), correctional related experience is strongly preferred (corrections, probation and/or parole), as well as relevant online teaching experience. 

The primary responsibilities will be teaching additional sections of fully developed graduate level courses and the vacancy needs will be determined by enrollment numbers.

Qualifications
  •   A Ph.D. in Criminology or a related field (i.e. sociology, psychology)
  •   Correctional experience (corrections, probation and/or parole) strongly preferred
  •   Online teaching experience
