| Overview |
The Administrative Assistant to the Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management
and Marketing provides executive support and oversees and manages all office procedures
and other tasks with a high degree of confidentiality as assigned by the Interim Vice
President for Enrollment Management and Marketing.

| Essential Functions |

Schedule appointments /meetings and maintain calendar
-
Answer and place telephone calls
-
Open and sort incoming mail
-
Prepare, format & edit letters/memos and other communications independently and as
directed by Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing
-
Registers and makes travel arrangements for Interim Vice President for Enrollment
Management and Marketing for meetings, conferences, and seminars
-
Maintain time sheets/PTO forms for employees who report to the Interim Vice President
for Enrollment Management and Marketing
-
Provide ongoing oversight for departmental budget; prepare requisitions and work orders;
order office supplies as needed
-
Collect and Maintain office records
-
Greet Office visitors
-
Other duties as required

| Qualifications |

Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal communication
skills

Solid computer skills; willingness to learn and adapt to new software/technology

Detail oriented and organized; able to prioritize and complete tasks

Adaptable to change; able to work independently and with a team

Highly professional, have good judgement and be willing to take initiative
-
Ability to multitask and work gracefully under pressure

| Education |
Some college or professional preparation required; bachelor degree preferred.

Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Google suite; project management
software (Asana)

| Special Work Schedule Requirements |
Full-time, work hours are Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM; occasional support on
evenings and weekends.
