Description | Pete served as a Special Agent with the FBI and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) with specialized certifications as a technically trained agent, forensic linguist, crisis negotiator and others. Upon retirement, he taught cybersecurity at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and later served as Director of Gaming for the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection regulating legalized gambling and helped form and implement online gaming regulation. Pete’s focus is teaching safeguards and best practices for personal and professional computing and development of practical defensive and offensive security skills. He also serves as the faculty advisor for the Albertus Magnus Cyber Club/Team. | |
