James is a law enforcement practitioner, decorated U.S. military veteran, and educator with rare blend of talents, experience and accomplishments. James has an extensive background leading recruitment and training programs, conducting complex criminal investigations, motivating peers and trainees. James is a proven leader who can work independently as well as a part of a team with diverse constituencies.
