We strongly encourage you to make your enrollment deposit by Friday, January 15, 2021.

Given the economic struggles that many people are facing during these uncertain times, Albertus Magnus College has reduced our enrollment deposit fee to alleviate some of the financial burden for our prospective students and their families.

Residential students can now submit their enrollment deposit for $200, while commuter students can do so for $175.

Yes! We strongly encourage you to visit campus prior to making your decision. While adhering to CDC guidelines, we are hosting a variety of visits. If you'd like to arrange a personal campus tour, please call us at (203) 773-8501 or email us at admissions@albertus.edu.

Saturday Tour Sessions will be held throughout the fall. Saturday Tour Sessions are held on select Saturdays, beginning at 10:30 with an admissions presentation, followed by a campus tour led by an Admissions Ambassador. We encourage you to register for a Saturday Session.

Weekday Tour Sessions will be held throughout October and November. Weekday Tour Sessions are held on select Wednesdays, beginning at 2:30 pm with an admissions presentation, followed by a campus tour led by an Admissions Ambassador. We encourage you to register for a Weekday Session.

Steps for Accepted First-Year Students

Complete the 2020-2021 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to begin the financial aid process. Be sure to use the Albertus school code: 001374.

Accepting Your Award Letter

Albertus participates in passive award letters; a student is not required to return the award letter to accept aid. Award letters should only be returned if a student wants to decline a portion or all of their aid.

View your award information and financial aid status online at Net Partner. First time users should activate their accounts by clicking "First Time Users" in the log in section and following the instructions. Please note that your student ID must be seven digits long and your date of birth should be entered in the Month/Day/Four digit year format (i.e. 1/1/1990).

Priority Deadlines

  • All students who plan to start classes in Spring 2021 must submit all necessary financial aid documents to the Financial Aid Office no later than Tuesday, December 15, 2020.
  • Contact the Financial Aid Office at (203) 773-8508 if you need additional paperwork or have questions about the financial aid process.

Secure your seat to become an Albertus Falcon by submitting your enrollment deposit! Enrollment deposits are $200 for students who intend to reside on campus or $175 for students who intend to commute to campus. Please submit your enrollment deposit by Friday, January 15, 2021.

Submit the non-refundable enrollment deposit via your Applicant Status Page. If you have any questions while submitting your deposit, call the Office of Admissions at (203) 773-8501 or contact your Admissions Counselor.

After submitting your enrollment deposit, a deposit packet will be mailed to your home address on file within one week containing important documents.

Attend a Saturday Session
Saturday Sessions are held throughout the year and are open to prospective students who are interested in visiting Albertus Magnus College. They start at 10:30 am with an information session led by an Admissions Counselor followed by a tour of the campus with a knowledgeable Admissions Ambassador.

Student Health Forms

You must return the student health forms to Student Health Services in order to move in to a residence hall and/or attend classes.

Fall Semester deadline - July 14th

Spring Semester deadline - January 3rd

***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Due to limited access to physical exams nationwide during the COVID-19 pandemic please note that for Fall 2020 a Physical Exam within the past 12 month is recommended but not required. If you have had a physical within the past year please send it.  If you are due for a physical but cannot obtain one from your primary care provider we recommend you call your PCP for a physical exam when they resume offering them as a part of your routine preventive care.

Housing Application/Contract

Please Complete and Submit your Housing Application/Contract to ensure you have a reserved space in on-campus housing. Select "Applications and Forms" on the left-side of the webpage to open your application/contract. You will need your @Albertus.edu email address to login. For questions in regards to Residential Life, please contact the Office of Residential Life at residentiallife@albertus.edu.

 

Final Transcript Request

Please request your final official transcript(s) from your highschool and any college/ university(s) attended. All final official transcripts with a date of graduation must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar no later than the first day of classes.

Emergency Contact Information

All new students must submit emergency contact information to the Division of Student Services.

Register for Classes

All Spring 2021 students should contact Heather Wotton, Director of Academic Advisement and Student Success to schedule a virtual, individualized appointment beginning December 7, 2020. You may contact Heather at Hwotton@albertus.edu or (203) 773-8558

To view class schedules once you have registered:

Albertus Information Technology Services will send you a message upon receiving your registration for classes. It will contain your myAlbertus user name and a temporary password.

Log into myAlbertus, go to "My Account/Web Services" and then click on the link for "My Classes for Term." The class schedule will be listed there for the Undergraduate Fall 2020 term. For issues regarding logging into myAlbertus, please contact ITS Help at its-help@albertus.edu or (203) 773-0205.
