Show off your school spirit and join #TeamAlbertus for our Fall 2022/Spring 2023 Falcon 5K Challenge!

When the New Haven community sees Albertus involved in area events, it demonstrates our commitment to the four Dominican pillars - Study, Prayer, Community, and Service. Our presence provides hope and our contributions raise money for important causes such as providing healthcare to those in need, recognizing and honoring veterans and their families, and improving the quality of life for individuals who have overcome personal challenges.

Participation in Falcon 5k races can also add up for you! Running or walking in the race may count towards service hours, and get you some Albertus swag!

Falcon 5K Races are for All Fitness Levels

Five kilometers equals 3.1 miles. At a typical walking pace, you can walk the course in 45 to 60 minutes.

With the nice weather of fall on the horizon, we want to encourage YOU to GET OFF THAT COUCH and participate in the Falcon 5k Challenge!

Post your recorded time on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram using the Hashtags: #Falcon5KChallenge and #TeamAlbertus. You can also nominate your friends and family to participate, and encourage them to post with our hashtags as well!

If you have completed your 5K, email marketing@albertus.edu your photo of completion rocking your Albertus Gear!

Students/faculty/staff who participate in at least 3 Falcon 5K races during this year's challenge will receive special custom swag! More races will be added to the calendar below as information becomes available.
