| Description | Since becoming a registered nurse in 2008, Elliot has built extensive clinical expertise across urgent and emergency medicine, correctional healthcare, behavioral health, and long-term care rehabilitation. His diverse background has shaped his comprehensive approach to nursing education, where he has dedicated many years to teaching in higher education and staff development programs. His professional passion centers on innovative teaching methodologies, particularly through simulation-based learning and hands-on nursing skills lab instruction.
