Loyal donors are the cornerstone of the College’s success, providing the means by which Albertus can carry out its mission to provide an education that promotes the search for truth in all its dimensions and is practical in its application.
Named after the four pillars of the Dominican tradition (Study, Prayer, Community, and Service), this recognition society honors loyal donors who have given in the last four or more consecutive years.
Just as the Dominican pillar values are a foundation for the daily life of our students, consistent generosity serves as a foundation for Albertus Magnus College’s continued success.
Gifts of any amount to all areas of the College are counted towards membership in The Four Pillars. Consecutive years of giving are counted by fiscal year, which runs from July 1 to June 30.
The Four Dominican Pillars
Study
The pursuit of truth through disciplined inquiry and lifelong learning.
Prayer
A contemplative life that grounds action in reflection and faith.
Community

Service
Putting learning into action for the good of others.

“One of my greatest joys in life is having the opportunity to support my alma mater. At Albertus, I received an excellent education and made many friends. I majored in French and minored in Italian. I was taught by some of the most outstanding language professors in our country. Albertus certainly prepared me for a very happy and rewarding professional life. I am forever grateful for this.”
