Registrar

The Registrar’s Office is dedicated to providing services to meet the needs of the Albertus Magnus College community including students, faculty, administrative staff and alumni. 

The office maintains the academic records of all undergraduate and graduate students.

 It offers a wide range of services in the areas of academic transcripts, student status, registration, course enrollment, publications and final exam schedules. 

Other services include graduation certification, transfer credit evaluations and approvals, and the coordination of Veteran’s Education Benefits.

The Office of the Registrar is pleased to announce a new online Transcript Ordering Process to provide alumni and current students with efficient, accurate and speedy service for ordering and receiving transcripts. In partnership with the National Student Clearinghouse, a nonprofit Organization serving more than 3,300 academic institutions in the United States, Albertus Magnus College will join over 500 other schools that provide the online transcript ordering service.

  • $7.25 fee for each Official Transcript 3 to 5 day regular mail
  • $17.25 fee for each Official Transcript same day mail
  • $42.25 fee for each Official Transcript Overnight FedEx

By Mail or In-Person Transcript Requests

Transcripts are mailed 3 to 5 business days of the request, in order of receipt, except for peak periods at the beginning and end of each semester. Transcripts should be requested well in advance of the required receipt date. Requests must be signed by the student, authorizing release of transcripts, and include the transcript fee of $7.25 per copy.

Please be advised that institutions and agencies requesting transcripts will not consider them official unless mailed directly to Albertus Magnus College or hand delivered in a sealed envelope marked "unofficial if seal broken".

By Fax Transcript Requests

You may also request a transcript by FAX at (203.773.3117) by filling out the Transcript Request form or writing a letter which contains:

  • Full Name (including any former names)
  • Student ID Number (A Number)
  • Current Home Address
  • Daytime telephone Number
  • Year of graduation or dates of attendance
  • $7.25 fee per Official Transcript
  • Address where transcript is to be mailed
  • Request must include your signature
