Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be completed at www.fafsa.ed.gov, using the Albertus Magnus College School Code: 001374. Please note that the FAFSA is a free application.
July 29, 2016 - All Remaining Missing Documents Due
Authorization to Manage Funds Form to be signed and returned to the Albertus Magnus College Financial Aid Office. This form documents how the student would like their federal financial aid funds managed.
Modular Aid Application to be signed and returned to the Albertus Magnus College Financial Aid Office. This form documents how many credits the student is planning on taking per Module.
Federal Direct Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) to be completed at www.studentloans.gov. This procedure must be completed within 30 minutes; otherwise,confirmation will not be sent to the College, even though it will provide confirmation to the student. There is no save option.
Entrance Loan Counseling to be completed at www.studentloans.gov. This procedure must be completed within 30 minutes; otherwise, confirmation will not be sent to the College, even though it will provide confirmation to the student. There is no save option.
Any additional documents requested by the Financial Aid Office.
