Dr. Elias has more than twenty-five years of international experience in different disciplines of business and management, specializing in Health Care and Pharmaceuticals. He masters three languages, English, French and Arabic. Dr. Elias has provided pharmaceutical strategic management support in more than twelve markets within the multi-cultural region of the Middle/Near East & Africa. He has also managed and/or participated in different pilot monitoring and evaluation, communication, educational/training and public awareness projects, funded by the US Agency for international Development (US AID).
