|CURRENT/RECENT RESEARCH WORK:|
The Climate4Creativity Project – An assessment of safe school climate and the environment for teaching and learning creativity in the Bridgeport, CT Public Schools. Ongoing 2012-2014 in-depth research study across grades 3-12, all schools in the Bridgeport, CT school system. This is a mixed methods research project including development of quantitative surveys, and completion of qualitative engagements including interviews, and ethnographic observations inside Bridgeport schools. The Girls Scouts of Connecticut – Recently completed (Spring 2013) student/faculty research collaboration examining the connections between the Girl Scouts of Connecticut organization and Girl Scouts as they move through programs. Mixed methods research including quantitative surveys and qualitative focus groups.
Investor Personality – Recently completed student/faculty scholarship project (Spring/Summer 2013), examining how investor personality drives portfolio decisions, and developing a first-of-its kind systematic model to identify and act on investor personality. Collaboration is continuing after graduation of student scholar, with the expectation of patent filing by the end of 2013.
