Essential Functions	Assists in the development and implementation of daily practice plans to insure proper preparation for intercollegiate competition Assists in game management as well as travel to and from away contests Promotes the visions and values of Albertus Magnus College by emphasizing the experience and education of each student-athlete as the most important component of intercollegiate athletic participation All other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Essential Functions

Assists in the development and implementation of daily practice plans to insure proper preparation for intercollegiate competition
Assists in game management as well as travel to and from away contests
Promotes the visions and values of Albertus Magnus College by emphasizing the experience and education of each student-athlete as the most important component of intercollegiate athletic participation
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree preferred

Knowledge \| Skills \| Abilities	Experience as a player and/or coach in the sport of volleyball The ability to work during evenings and weekends A general understanding of the recruiting process at the college level A demonstrated commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy regarding the student-athlete experience Valid driver’s license

Special Work Schedule Requirements	Assistant coach must be able to work evenings and weekends
