Course: Hum. Resource Recruit&selectio (MG-337-1) 

This course introduces the student to the importance of planning and conducting a needs assessment for effective and efficient recruiting. Students will also examine how and where to recruit, as well as the legal aspects of gathering a pool of potential candidates. Students will also learn the techniques of screening candidates to acquire those who best fit the organization's needs. The course is a combination of theory and practical application.
