within your company. Albertus Magnus College does
not charge employers any fees for working with our

The Albertus Advantage
Albertus Magnus College attracts a diverse
student body to all of its academic programs. The College
is well above Connecticut state averages for minority
enrollments. Minority enrollment represents 32% of
our total student body, 11% above the Connecticut
average of 21%. Your employment needs will be communicated
to our diverse group of students.
Albertus Magnus College students will bring a wide
variety of current and past work experience to
your company. The Accelerated Degree Program, Graduate
Studies, and New Dimensions programs focus exclusively
on meeting the needs of the adult learner who balances
multiple family and current work responsibilities.
These programs work with large numbers of students
who are seeking education as the path to a career
change. A majority of students in the Undergraduate
programs work at part-time jobs while studying
full-time. In addition, the College’s academic
internship program provides students with career-related
experience that strengthens the transition from the
academic to the professional environment. The

transferable skills and relevant work experiences
gained through current full-time and part-time employment
as well as internships.
