Howard C. Fero, PhD
Director, Master of Arts in Leadership
Dr. Fero is a leadership and organizational development specialist with experience in both academia and in practice. In addition to Directing and teaching in the Master of Arts in Leadership, Howard works as a consultant and executive coach helping people and organizations develop in the areas of leadership, team building, career development, and overall organizational effectiveness. Dr. Fero is involved in numerous professional organizations and is the President of the Institute of Behavioral and Applied Management (IBAM), an international association of management scholars and practitioners. Howard facilitates courses and workshops in all areas of leadership, organizational behavior, management, research methods, and applied psychology. |

Norman
M. Davis, PhD
Associate Professor of Management
Dr. Davis has over twenty years
of experience in management and human resources. He
is a professor and an independent consultant
specializing in organizational issues pertaining
to management and diversity. Norm has spoken
nationally to colleges, educational organizations,
and businesses on why organizations should manage
and value diversity in the workplace. |

Clara
Munson, PhD
Associate Professor of Management
Dr. Munson is the chair of the business department
in the Accelerated Degree Program at Albertus
Magnus College. She has experience working
in marketing (was the director of marketing with
a local Connecticut company) and teaches courses
in human resources, leadership and management
in the different programs at Albertus. |

Michael
H. McGivern, Ph. D. is an organizational
change management specialist who possesses
25 years professional experience with recognized
excellence in managing and consulting on
Organizational Development/Change and Operations
Management issues. Michael’s main focus
is to work with organizations to develop
and implement strategies to measure the effectiveness
of change and continuous processes by linking
organizational capabilities with bottom-line
business objectives. Michael’s
teaching experience focuses on the design
and delivery of Master’s and Doctorate
level courses in Leadership, Organizational
Development, Organizational Change and Operations. |

Robert Bourgeois, PhD uses
the insights, methods, and subject matter of
cultural anthropology to illuminate what it
means to be a human being. Among culture
areas he has studied are traditional African
societies (including two years as participant-observer),
the Bedouin of Cyrenaica, the warrior chiefdoms
of ancient Greece and India, and eighteenth
century colonial America. His current
interests embrace the rise of the West since
1500 and the tension between Islamic civilization
and modern Western systems. In the Leadership
Program, Dr. Bourgeois’ aim is to employ
holistic and cross-cultural perspectives in
order to elucidate the interplay between culture
and the individual leader. |

Renee Just is a professional who believes in doing 'right things right'. Her background over the past 25 years is a diverse combination of Management, Staffing, Recruitment, Training, Operations, and Marketing. Renee has worked with and for organizations ranging from $1M to $2B in revenue. Her diverse experience is what gives her the insight, understanding, and the ability to consult as a strategic partner. |

John Wasserman has over 30 years of experience working with adult students in the corporate and academic settings. He has served as the Director of Management Education & Training at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Director of Personnel Development at New Britain General Hospital, and Manager of Training & Development at both M.D. Health Plan and ConnectiCare, Inc. He has also taught a number of Management & Leadership courses at CIGNA and Aetna. He has taught in the Albertus Magnus New Dimensions program since its inception. Prior to teaching at New Dimensions, he taught in the University of New Haven MBA program for ten years. He has served as both the Educational Resource Coordinator and the Director of Curriculum at New Dimensions. He is currently an Assistant Professor. In the Master of Arts in Leadership program, he teaches LDR 510, Human Resource Management in a Changing Environment. |

Nash, Ph.D. is an Industrial/Organizational
psychologist with over twenty years industry
experience as a senior manager in Marketing
and Human Resources. While teaching leadership
in the Master of Arts in Leadership Kevin
also works as a management consultant and
has worked with clients in the US, Europe,
and Africa in the areas of organizational
development, employee development, and human
capital management. |
