entering the program will begin their studies with Leadership

seminal theories of leadership and to the online component
of the blended program.
When students are approximately 2/3 of the way through
their coursework they will take LDR 600, a 1 credit,
3 week course titled Team Building and Leadership,
which is where they begin to conceptualize the capstone
project and develop project teams.
Students will complete their studies in the Master
