Accepted Students

Visit www.fafsa.ed.gov to begin the process of applying for financial aid. Albertus Magnus College's Federal School Code is 001374, which you will need to provide when filling out the FAFSA. Please contact the Financial Aid Office regarding supplemental paperwork that will need to be completed.

Please note: if you are accepting the entire award that is offered to you, you may keep your award letter for your records. Please return it to the Financial Aid Office ONLY if you are declining a portion or all of your award.

Reserve your place in the class of 2016 by sending us your Candidate's Reply Card and depositing to the Office of Admission before May 1, 2012. Deposit fees are $350 for a commuter and $400 for a resident.

Health History and Medical Forms
All students must return these forms to the Director of Student Affairs. Please note that students who do not return these forms will not be allowed to move into their residential halls or attend classes.

Housing Form
Students who will be living on campus must complete a housing form and return it to the Director of Student Affairs.

Pre-Registration Advising Form
The Pre-Registration Form helps your advisor to select the best classes for your freshman year, which will include classes such as Intro to College Life, an ePortfolio lab, and Invitation to Insight.

Final Transcript Request Form (applicable ONLY to first-time freshmen)
Please submit the Guidance Request for Final Transcript to your high school's guidance office.

Authorization to Manage Funds Form
Please return the Authorization to Manage Funds Form to the Financial Aid Office.

myAlbertus will allow you to check your Albertus e-mail, events, classes, and updates. Check your personal e-mail account in May for correspondence from Albertus Magnus College Information Technology Services (ITS). This e-mail will contain your username and initial password for myAlbertus.

Choose one of the two Registration Days offered in June. You'll register for classes, meet with faculty members, and take your ID photo. Sign up for either Saturday, June 2, 2012, or Thursday, June 21, 2012!

Meet your fellow classmates, take a tour of the facilities, and move into your residence hall during Orientation Activities.

• Pick up your Student ID at Student Services
• Complete your paperwork in the Financial Aid Office. This paperwork includes your Authorization to Manage Funds Form. If you are a recipient of federal loans, you are also required to complete your Entrance Loan Counseling and Master Promissory Note at www.studentloans.gov. Please note that additional paperwork may be required of you; please contact the Financial Aid Office for further information
• Address all unresolved charges with the Business Office, which will include enrolling in or waiving out of Albertus Magnus College's medical insurance
