"After a tough season, the team is looking to rebound and get back to the top of the GNAC. Goal keepers Ryan Mihalyak (So.), Gerald O'Connor (So.), and Nick Cohen (Fr.) have all had a good preseason and all are competing for the starting job. Rob Saldibar will again lead the defense as a sophmore. Chris Drechsel (Sr.), Doug Cole (Sr.), and Cesar Castro (So.) will all add depth and experience to the defense. Freshman Newcomers Mike Strong and Anthony Lezaja will be competing for starting jobs on defense. Lone Senior Captain Salmone and Freshman Bryan Barrera will look to anchor the mid-field. Dan Dias (Sr.) and Derek Delucia (Jr.) are penciled in as the starting outside mid-fielders. Pete Hamasian (Fr.), Andrew Penna (So.), Mike Gerace (So.), and Dave Dziezyski (So.) will all add depth and experience to the mid-field. Returning leading scorer J.J. Torres (Jr.) will again look to lead the Falcons attack this season.
