The Master of Science in Management degree program is a 36-credit graduate program designed for the adult working professional. Participants in the MSM Program deepen their understanding of the ethical, social, behavioral, economic and organizational concepts which are critical to the management of corporations and businesses. This program serves the needs of a wide range of managers in organizations large and small, particularly those who need to acquire or develop the analytical skills which will enable them to make more effective contributions to the workplace. This practitioner-oriented program emphasizes managerial development in a changing environment in consideration of ethical and social principles as they apply to real world situations. Through the design, execution, and oral defense of applied and researched personal projects, students demonstrate that they have mastered the technique of applying theoretical knowledge to the solution of practical problems and decisions.
