Traditional Undergraduate Requirements for Admission for First Year Students
The Admission Counselors who will read
your application are interested in who you are, how
your
intellect
has developed and progressed throughout your high
school career, and what you hope to accomplish by
making Albertus your academic home.
We do have some general requirements for a completed application, but we welcome your individual contributions that help us to know more about you.
Required:
- A completed application form.
- An official transcript from a fully accredited high school of the students work that includes at least the first marking period of the senior year.
- Entrance Test Scores (SAT or ACT).
- At least one letter of academic recommendation from a high school teacher or college or guidance counselor who is familiar with the applicants academic ability and potential.
- A non-refundable application fee of thirty-five ($35) dollars.
Suggested:
- Any additional information the student chooses to include as support for his or her application such as writing samples, personal essay, a portfolio or resume.
- Campus visit and conversation with an admission counselor.
