eTutoring is an online tutoring platform which allows tutors to work with students synchronously and asynchronously, answering questions in real time, or replying to questions and essay submissions that students have left for review and commentary.
If you need help with accounting, math, calculus, biology, anatomy, physiology, chemistry, research methods, or writing across curriculums, you can work in real-time with a trained tutor through eTutoring. Access eTutoring through the "services" bar on MyAlbertus. You're already registered!
- Online Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive your work back with a tutor's response within 24-48 hours. (Note: you should allow plenty of time before you assignment is due. While eTutors usually review submissions within a 24-48 timeframe, the wait might be longer during peak periods.)
- Live Tutoring via eChat allows you to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions via a fully interactive, virtual online environment.
- Offline Questions allows you to leave a specific question for an eTutor, who will respond within 48 hours.
If you have technical difficulties with any aspect of eTutoring other than login, please contact CTDLC Support at http://esupport.ctdlc.org.
We hope you enjoy your eTutoring experience, and we wish you much success in all your studies at Albertus Magnus College.
